Hayley Group PLC are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our IT Team based at our Head Office in Halesowen, West Midlands.
Hayley Group are a leading, multi-branch supplier of engineering components and consumables such as Bearings, Power Transmission, Fluid Power and Lubricants. The primary role is to manage and administrate Windows Servers/Active Directory forming part of the 1st/2nd line technicians as well as end users.
Working hours are 40 hours Monday-Friday plus 1:4 Saturday mornings as scheduled. Additional hours may be required during busy periods.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of:
- Active directory
- Server administration
- Redhat design and administration
- Firewalls a router configuration
- Network infrastructure
- Google Apps for business
Knowledge of the following areas would be advantageous:
- Nagios monitoring systems
- Progress databases
- SQL
- IT security
- Crystal reports
